I’m Jenna, and I am so happy to introduce you to The Philasophy—a space where I help all individuals ditch the toxic dieting cycle so they can empower themselves through delicious food and feel good fitness instead!

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, AFPA Certified Nutritional Guide and Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor living in the city of brotherly love. My passion for health and wellness started out as a need to finally kick my own harmful habits to the curb and learn how to sustain a lifestyle that was free from food restrictions and over-exercising.

I started dieting at the young age of 13, and when I tell you I tried everything... I mean I tried EVERYTHING—Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Atkins, South Beach, Curves, Tone It Up...I can go on and on! Eventually I became so mentally and physically exhausted that I knew enough was enough. In my early 20s I stopped dieting, scrapped the workouts I hated and began a new kind of wellness journey, one that I actually enjoyed! My transformation certainly didn’t happen overnight, but through a lot of trial and error I’m living in a way that I know I can maintain for years to come and I would love to help you do the same!
