ABOUT

Mission

The Philasophy helps women build strong bodies and resilient minds on their own terms. We help women create a life that feels good and is not bound by unrealistic standards.

A space where movement is joyful, nutrition is freeing, and bodies are
celebrated for what they can do, not what they look like.
A space where "healthy" is defined by energy, confidence, and happiness
— not the number on a scale or the size of your jeans.

My Story

I created The Philasophy because I wanted to build

a safe, supportive space for women that I wish I had.

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with my weight, body image, and relationship with food. Like so many women, I believed that shrinking my body was the only way to feel and be accepted, so I turned to diets—every diet. I cycled through Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, and even dabbled in the Master Cleanse (remember the early 2000s craze?). At one point, I even abused laxatives in desperation.

By my early adulthood, my eating and exercise habits had become extremely disordered. I was burnt out, constantly at war with my body, and mentally exhausted from chasing the next “fix.”

The turning point came when I discovered intuitive eating.

Learning to eat based on my body’s cues—rather than strict rules.

I slowly began to rebuild trust with my body, let go of the all-or-nothing mindset, and focus on moving in ways that felt good instead of punishing.

Over time, I stopped trying to control my body and started learning how to care for it. That shift is what ultimately led me here—to becoming a coach who helps other women do the same.

This isn’t about restriction or perfection.

It’s about creating balance, freedom, and joy in how you move, eat, and live.

I’ve had the privilege of working with women from all walks of life—helping them ditch the extremes, heal their relationship with food and fitness, and finally feel confident in their own skin.

I know how it feels to be stuck in the cycle of diets, guilt, and burnout. And I also know how freeing it feels to finally break out of it. That’s why I do what I do—and why I’d be honored to help you find that freedom.
