FAQ

  • This is where scheduling a connection call with me comes in! On our call we can see which of my options makes the most sense for you, your budget and schedule! 

  • I train clients out of two different private training studios in Center City Philadelphia. The location will be disclosed if you decide to move forward with me! 

  • I am an ACE Certified Personal trainer, AFPA Certified Nutritional Guide and Mad Dogg Certified Cycling instructor. 

  • Through Facetime, Zoom and my own virtual training application. 

  • It is a minimum of 3 months, however the majority of people who sign on to work with me end up training for at least 6 months-2 years. The longer you commit, the more change and progress we can make ! I’m very much about the long term results, not the quick fix.

Over the past year, I’ve not only become physically stronger but I’ve built a foundation that feels unshakeable - one that never makes me feel like I’m starting over at day one, even after vacation or setback. Jenna is more than just a trainer; she’s a coach, mentor, and a constant cheerleader, pushing me to next level while creating space where I feel comfortable, confident and truly myself.
