The Philasophy represents who I am as a Philly based non-diet personal trainer and nutritional guide and is the culmination of my continued education and personal philosophies regarding fitness, nutrition and overall wellness.
When I created The Philasophy, my top priority was to have a safe space for people to make healthy change in their lives in ways that would be realistic, sustainable and most importantly enjoyable!
After years of personal and professional experience, I started my own business to help my clients ditch the all or nothing mentality they have regarding fitness and nutrition and show them that they donβt have to change their WHOLE lives, to truly change their lives.
