Meet the Coaches
At The Philasophy, we believe the right coach makes all the difference. Makayla and I share the same no-extremes, sustainable approach, but bring our own unique styles and experiences to the table. You’ll be matched with the coach who best fits your goals and needs—so you can feel supported, confident, and strong every step of the way.
and if you’re here, I’m really glad you found your way to the Philasophy.
I’m not the kind of coach who’s going to hand you a super restrictive plan or expect your life to revolve around the gym. I created The Philasophy because I was tired of seeing women feel like they had to choose between enjoying their lives and reaching their goals…you don’t.
Around here, we focus on building strength, creating structure that actually works for you, and finding that balance between discipline and flexibility. I’ll challenge you, support you, and meet you exactly where you’re at—but we’re also going to have a lot of fun along the way.
Because feeling strong, confident, and at home in your body? That’s the goal.
and I’m so excited you’re here.
I’m California born, Philadelphia raised, and now back in California, which feels like a full-circle moment. I come from a group fitness background and love the energy of moving together—especially with great music and a little dancing mixed in.
My favorite way to train is a hybrid style—strength and conditioning with a HIIT-inspired edge that keeps things challenging, fun, and confidence-building.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find me thrifting, soaking up the sun, or reaching for something chocolate.
For me, fitness has always been more than a workout—it’s where I’ve built strength, clarity, and confidence. And that’s exactly what I want for you, too.
Strong, confident, and just outside your comfort zone, that’s where the magic happens.
