Meet Jenna
Hi, I’m Jenna — founder of The Philasophy
I created The Philasophy after doing the deep work to heal my own relationship with food, fitness, and my body — a journey shaped by years of extreme dieting, over-exercising, and feeling like I never quite belonged in the wellness world.
What started as a personal quest for freedom has evolved into a community where women rewrite the rules, redefine what “healthy” looks like, and learn to trust themselves again. The Philasophy exists because women deserve strength without shame, structure without obsession, and a solid routine that supports their real lives.
